Liberty Cruises is looking for skilled Dishwashers to provide a positive guest experience while being friendly and working efficiently, playing an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience in the role. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the dining room by setting tables with decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
• Ensure all dishes, glasses, and other items are kept clean.
• Assist in the galley as needed.
• Communicate with the BOH (Back of House) and FOH (Front of House) staff.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to and from the kitchen for cleaning.
• Follow all relevant Health Department regulations.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Dishwasher.
• Attentiveness and patience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Team player.
• Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including all weekends.
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Physical setting:

• Fine Dining restaurant

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Weekend availability
