Bus Operations - Recruiting Specialist

In this role, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you would be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all CDL Bus Operators for our fleet;

Primary Responsibilities:

Seeking a Recruiting Specialist! For our Bus Operations Department.

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and implement recruitment strategies for immediate impact
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Highly organized and methodical
• At least two year of previous relevant recruiting experience
• Experience in recruiting CDL Drivers preferred
• Experience in recruiting CDL Motor Coach / School Bus Drivers highly preferred

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Designs strategic recruiting plan that effectively communicates and supports the department’s needs, company's mission and it’s strategic vision
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates

Recruiter Benefits:

• Competitive Starting Pay - $22.00 to $25.00 per hour with the potential to earn performance bonus (terms apply)
