We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Merchandising Manager, Digital Inventory to strategically manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and a proven track record of driving online sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Web Merchandising Leadership: Develop and direct the web merchandising strategy across the company’s websites, apps, OTAs (e.g., Groupon), and 3rd party marketplaces (e.g., Eventbrite), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Ecommerce: Lead the execution of global Ecommerce strategies, including sitemap optimization, site navigation enhancements, strategic merchandising initiatives, efficient web operations, and impactful promotional planning.
- Sales and Conversion Rate Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives to optimize product placement, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to implement and analyze A/B tests, driving continuous improvement in website conversion rates.
- Inventory Management and Optimization: Oversee the configuration of backend systems to facilitate ticket sales and streamlined inventory management. Develop and implement comprehensive web merchandising plans and promotional strategies to optimize ticket sales performance.
- Competitive Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive research and analysis to identify industry trends and ensure the company's competitive positioning within the digital marketplace.
- Content and Promotions Implementation: Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to plan and execute online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and other content on the websites.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish and utilize robust data analytics to monitor and measure website performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights. Provide comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in web merchandising, digital inventory, business management, finance, accounting, or relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Highly tech savvy, data driven, and revenue oriented.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
- Experience driving ticket sales is a huge plus.

Compensation:
Base salary $100k - $135k plus bonus
