We are looking for a talented and results-driven Web Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day online merchandising activities, optimizing the online sales experience, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Web Merchandising: Assist in managing the web merchandising performance of the company’s websites, apps, OTAs (e.g. Groupon), and 3rd party marketplaces (e.g. Eventbrite).
- Ecommerce: Execute global Ecommerce strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives: sitemap, site navigation, merchandising, web operations, promotions, etc.
- Sales and Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize product placement, promotions, and pricing to maximize sales and profitability. Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to perform a/b tests and continuously improve website conversion rates.
- Inventory Management: Configure backend setup to enable ticket sales and streamlined ticket inventory management, execute web merchandising plans to boost ticket sales, and implement promotion strategies based on ticket sales.
- Competitive Research and Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Content and Promotions Implementation: Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to plan and execute online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and other content on the websites.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor and measure website performance, track key metrics, and leverage insights to maximize revenue and inform strategies. Report on business trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in web merchandising, ecommerce, or marketing.
- Highly passionate problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Extremely tech savvy, data driven, and revenue oriented.
- Thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
- Experience driving ticket sales is a huge plus.

Compensation:
Base salary $58,000 - $63,0000 plus bonus
